Thanks to a team of parents, Mr Lancaster, our Janitor and donations from AFS the garden has had a revamp. It’s been reintroduced to the children as a place to go to sit and be calm, read, chat, write on the chalk board a prayer, picture, decorate a name etc.

First meeting has taken place, focus was on recycling in classrooms.

Y1 and EYFS have enjoyed Forest School this half term here they are making autumn crowns.

With a flamenco dance workshop, a superb Spanish menu at lunchtime, Geography lessons linked to Spain, the children had a fantastic cultural day.

A fabulous opportunity run for the first time at our school by the Bikeability team. A number of year 1 children took off on two wheels and pedals this week.

Thank you to Mrs Howard our Lay Chaplain for organising the event which was a special opportunity for a small group from each of our schools to come together. They returned full of smiles as they’d had a lovely experience.
