Welcome to St Joseph's Catholic Primary School.
Welcome to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, a family community with Christ at its centre. I am very proud to be able to lead the school and hope that you have seen a seamless transition from one leadership to another.
My vision is to create a school where staff and children become the best they can be, so that our school stands out as being the best.
As part of the Painsley Catholic Academy we work closely together as a group of 15 schools. This year the enlarged Academy Company comprises of Painsley North and Painsley South. The North has: Painsley Catholic College, St Joseph's, St Giles, St Filumena's, St Thomas', St Mary's and The Faber. The South has; Blessed William Howard, Stafford, St Dominic's Stone, St Mary's Brewood, St Patrick's Stafford, St John's Great Haywood, Blessed Mother Teresa's Stafford, St Austin's Stafford, St Anne's Weeping Cross, Our motto is; 'Better Together'.
Children’s behaviour, achievements and talents are of the highest standards at all of our schools. We are a caring Catholic community with our mission based on the teachings of Jesus. We offer a happy, warm and welcoming environment and a school ethos where the uniqueness of every child is valued.
Our school works as a team in which parents, staff and the parish of St Mary’s Catholic Church are all involved in the education of our children. We firmly believe that a genuine home, parish and school partnership is essential in order for your child to be the best they can be.
We have a strong reputation for high standards of behaviour, teaching and learning. We aim to achieve our vision by ensuring the highest levels of achievement, through the highest quality teaching. We make our learning real, enjoyable and challenging. We have excellent facilities both indoors and out enabling teachers to be creative, engage pupils and extend those who have talents beyond the curriculum.
If you would like to know more about the school or would like to arrange a visit, please contact us and we’d be delighted to help.
